Description
Face2Face Fundraising offers a professional and unique service of integrated street fundraising campaigns to our charity and not for profit partners. Our team of inspirational and dedicated individuals have come together to build a better world.

Due to expansion within our dynamic organisation, we are looking for experienced managers who are highly motivated and committed to the fundraising sector.

You will be responsible for:

* Daily management, motivation and training of a team of Fundraisers. Through leading by example you will campaign and fundraise for charity by recruiting monthly supporters in public locations and inspire your team to be a success.

Requirements
To be successful you will require:

* Proven sales and management experience in a target driven environment.
* Work flexible hours average 8am – 6pm, plus every third Saturday (with a day off in lieu).
* Passion and enthusiasm to work for charity.
* Positive and professional, proactive attitude.
* Current valid UK work visa essential, drivers licence highly regarded.
