Description
This position will ideally suit an adventurous activity instructor with one to two seasons experience who has a reason to want to be in the North East London / South East Essex area and who wants experience delivering a quality programme to a wide range of age and group types. You will also be able to broaden your portfolio of qualifications including some unusual ones !

Stubbers is a large independent multi activity centre. The 130 acre estate includes 3 lakes, residential centre, tent villages and a large variety of quality activities including some more unusual ones such as dual control 4x4, Mountain Boards and Jet Ski driving. The centre is open 7 days a week for most of the year and at it’s busiest will have over 45 instructor delivering to 300 clients a day.

The centre is committed to providing high quality activity sessions with plenty of involvement by the participants. Clients will range widely in age and behaviour. It can be challenging and tiring work but all our staff agree that it can also be rewarding and fun!

We are committed to quality rather than profit. We require our instructors to ensure that all clients actively participate and that each session has elements of education, teamwork, personal development and taking responsibility.

Requirements
You will have at least one instructor qualification Sailing DI, Kayak L2, SPA.
