Now recruiting Qualified Dinghy Sailing & Windsurf Instructors forour 2012 season!

We are looking to recruitRYA Dinghy Instructors who will be responsible for the delivery of activitysessions to our guests at our centres in the UK(Brecon Beacons) and Northern France (Pas de Calais region) and also RYAWindsurf Instructors for our centre in Cala Llevado in Spain. Whetheryou are looking to further your career in the outdoor industry or just want tospend some time instructing your favourite activity, we can offer excellentopportunities.

Our team of ActivityInstructors deliver taster activity sessions and an evening entertainmentprogramme to our guests.

You will need plenty ofenergy, enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to relate to young people andadults alike. We expect our staff to deliver excellent customer service to ourguests, whilst delivering fun and safe activity sessions.

As part of the role, youwill be required to interact daily with the guests and get involved in allaspects of centre life from cleaning and serving at meal times to site work.

If you enjoy mucking inand working hard whilst instructing in your preferred activity and also havingthe opportunity to get out and about in some fantastic locations, then we wantyou to apply! We are ideally looking for people with experience of working inoutdoor adventure with young people between 7-17 yrs old.

All of our staffparticipate in a comprehensive induction & training programme at centre andthere are pre and post-season training opportunities to gain NGB qualificationsin different activities. We are looking for people who can commit to workingthe full season. 

All applicants musthave a UK/EU passport, UKresidential address, a permanent UK National Insurance number and aUK bank account. A current Enhanced CRB Disclosure is required for successfulapplicants.
