As Senior Group Leader your responsibilities will be to ensure the efficient running of all "Action Extra" specialist courses on camp while liaising between the camp management and the staff team.
You will also be required to support and direct all Head Group Leaders as well as taking on additional administrative roles. People skills will play a major part of this role and you must have exceptional organisational skills.
Camp Beaumont Day Camps are located at superb venues in Ascot, Brentwood, Bromley, Esher, Mill Hill, Northwood, Reigate, Richmond, Tunbridge Wells, Wimbledon & Woodford. |

* Minimum age of 20 years or two seasons camp experience
* The responsibility of Co-ordinating all Group Leaders and Head Group Leaders
* Must have good man-management and delegation skills
