The Position
From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby “Nothing is too much trouble”. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:
* Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible of “Scott Dunn” service.
* To assist in preparing breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four course evening dinner.
* Prepare and serve full breakfast once a week (on chef’s day off).
* To serve and clear breakfast and dinner.
* Ensure that tables are suitably laid at breakfast, tea and dinner.
* Ensure that the chalet is always clean and tidy. This includes making beds, hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, sitting rooms, dining area and kitchen.
* Clear rubbish from the chalet daily.
* Stock the chalet with wine, beer and mixers daily.

Essential qualifications and requirements
* Previous hospitality experience.
* Relevant customer service experience.
