The nannies are an extremely important part of the service Scott Dunn offer and this is a great opportunity to do the job you love in a fantastic environment.

The Position

From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby “Nothing is too much trouble”. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

* Ensure that the guests and their children benefit from the highest possible level of “Scott Dunn” service

* Be adept in managing a small team of experienced nannies

* Be confident in dealing with Scott Dunn guests

* Have the ability to work as a private nanny within a chalet

* Be adept at keeping an efficient and accurate record of plans and routines

* Plan a weekly rota for all childcare staff

* Plan appropriate menus and produce nutritious meals for children

* Liaise with London office, the resort manager and other staff and work as a team

* Has a flexible approach to ‘Stepping in’ where necessary

Requirements
Abilities and Expectations

* Love of children and enjoy the opportunity of working with different children each week

* Team player

* Good self motivation

* Professional

* Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills

* Organised and pro-active

* Outgoing and fun

Essential Qualifications/ Requirements

* NNEB or equivalent

* At least two years experience

* Some management experience
