It will be up to you to make sure that every chalet in your resort is running like clockwork. Thanks to you, every chalet will be as clean as a new pin, it’s accounts will be correct down to the last figure, and we’ll be getting the very best deals from all the local suppliers. You’ll meet – and beat – every target we give you, not least because you’re great at training your team and keeping their morale sky high.

Requirements
You’re a perfectionist. No matter how well something’s working, you’re always looking for ways to make it even better. You can inspire respect and loyalty from your team, and handle administration duties and budgets with ease. Above all, you never lose sight of the fact that everything you do is for your guests – which is why your customers always return again and again.
The ability to speak a second language would be very useful but above all you need to be someone who really cares about the customer experience, who strives for perfection in your work.
