You will be required to help Sunsail's Tortola Sailing School to run smoothly as a RYA registered centre. Training of non-sailors on RYA courses to make them confident sailors who choose Sunsail as their charter company.
Responsibilities
* Teaching of all RYA courses for Sunsail clients
* Teaching on informal instructional charters when not on RYA courses
* Involvement in development of Sunsail Sailing School, including RYA support, sailing school network and required facilities at base
* Assistance in the marketing and developmernt of the Sailing School across the UK
* Training all staff to RYA standards
* Offering RYA courses to contracted skippers to ensure they have appropriate qualifications as stated by the BVI government and as dictated by Sunsail
* Encourage local employment within the centre
* Develop local sailing opportunities for the community involving Yacht Club racing events or team building exercises |

RYA Yacht Master Instructor Certificate with commercial Endorsement required.
You should also have teaching experience, strong customer service skills and the ability to work with a wide range of experience and ability. |
