Description

We are looking for one passionate and hardworking chef for our new 8 bed chalet.

In this exciting role you will be running your own four bedroom chalet. Duties to include cooking and hosting meals, guest interaction and daily cleaning duties.
Another member of staff will assist you with daily cleaning duties and the weekly changeover clean.

What we will expect from a chalet chef:

*High level of care in all aspects of running your own chalet

*Ability to produce and present a high standard of cuisine for eight guests

*Show thought and structure to menus and the ability to change dishes easily to suit varying situations

*Professionalism and hard work whilst being sociable with the guests

*High level of personal service and attention to detail

*High level of cleaning of the chalet

Requirements

Cooking qualification and / or significant experience in professional kitchens.

Attention to detail, flexibility and a high level of care for guests are essential.
