Summer positions at Embassy CES Summer are fun, challenging and very rewarding, and therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing staff keen to make a decisive contribution to the success of the summer school programme.
Main duties / responsibilities
* To assist in the day-to-day operation of the centre
* To assist the Centre Manager with student rooming
* To collate the weekly paperwork
* To reconcile the weekly accounts in conjunction with the Centre Manager
* To liaise with the Head Office Admissions department
* To support other managers when required
* To assist with meet and greet of students and to carry out student induction as directed
* To assist with the organisation of departure transfers and ensure student departure runs smoothly
* To carry out residential supervision duties, including meal and bedtime supervision and guardian duties. |

Essential qualities:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Previous office experience
* Computer literate
* Experience of handling petty cash
* Ability to work in a high pressure environment
* Ability to work in a team
* Flexibility
Ideally you will have:
* Previous summer school experience
* Experience of working with teenagers |
