Skiworld are looking for skilled, experienced maintenance staff who are willing to work flexible hours and on their own initiative in a variety of challenging and demanding situations.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining the properties in resort by performing daily visits; escalating any major repair/maintenance work required; contacting and liaising with local suppliers to obtain competitive quotes for any work; ensuring all maintenance expenditure is recorded and forwarded to the Resort Manager; assisting with the transportation of client luggage, chalet linen and rubbish around resort and snow clearance around the chalets. As a named driver on the resort vehicle, to also ensure the regular maintenance of the vehicle and to assist the Resort Manager and provide support with any ad hoc errands as required.
The role is 6 days a week, however, maintenance staff are expected to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. |

Full, clean driving licence; proven maintenance / DIY skills; flexible, helpful, “can-do” attitude; proven organisational and budgeting experience; fluent/conversational French an advantage.
NB: All applicants for European positions must have a permanent National Insurance number, a UK or EU passport, a UK contact address and a UK bank account. |
