Work somewhere amazing next year, with a future long term potential exceeding other Centres! This very successful family run outdoor centre is looking for a Senior Instructor to complement the Management Team; to work closely with the Partners of the business in providing high quality activity holidays to all our clients.
Start Early 2009 to November 2009; possible longer term contract available to the right candidate with a potential permanent Senior Management opportunity in the near future.
SALARY: Starting at circa £18,000 pa pro rata
ACCOMMODATION: some accommodation available on/off site
THE POSITION: We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL SENIOR MULTI-ACTIVITY INSTRUCTOR with a good foundation of experience who is used to working with all age groups. Minimum 4 years experience as a qualified instructor.
You will be qualified in a number of NGB’s to include SPA, BCU (Kayak or Canoe), & possibly NARS (or equivalent) and will have excellent communication skills and be used to and comfortable working in off site locations independently.
You will ideally have Minibus driving experience and possibly be PCV qualified (although training can be given). A driving licence is essential.
You will have a good knowledge of the industry and will bring that experience to help us grow both the team and the business.
You will be used to managing a team of instructors, helping to develop individual’s skills and provide high quality activity sessions.

• You will be an experienced, professional, qualified Instructor with minimum 4 years experience working as a qualified instructor
• You will be qualified in a number of disciplines: ideally SPA, BCU, NARS (or equivalent)
• You will have experience of managing teams and leading a variety of activity sessions
• A full driving licence held for minimum 2years is essential
• You will ideally have Minibus driving experience and possibly be PCV qualified
• MINIMUM AGE 21YEARS DUE TO MINIBUS DRIVING LAWS |
