Working as a Chef de Partie at Mark Warner allows you to use and develop your professional skills in fun and adventurous surroundings. You’ll be part of a young and dynamic team, preparing quality meals from our menu repertoire for our guests and staff alike.
As with all kitchens, the work can be demanding and you’ll need to be dedicated. However, you’ll find the Mark Warner environment provides a fantastic opportunity to work hard and play hard!
Our Chef de Partie's are accountable to the Head Chef and responsible for a particular section within the kitchen, ie. pastry, meats, sauce. The job involves all aspects of helping run a busy kitchen.
The kitchen brigade in our Hotel San Lucianu, Corsica consists of 11 chefs, plus a team of local kitchen porters. In Ocen Club, Portugal the brigade consists of 4 chefs and kitchen porters providing a TDH menu.
You will provide guests with a full buffet breakfast, buffet style lunch and 3 course evening meal. In addition you will be catering for children and staff meals during the day.
We actively encourage development and progression during each season and there is always opportunity to work your way up through consecutive seasons. Many of our Head Chefs have worked their way up in this way. |

You will ideally be professionally qualified, with experience within an A La Carte environment. Please note the Basic Food Hygeine Certificate is essential.
All applicants must have an EU passport, UK residential address and permanent British National Insurance number. |
