Description
Spend the winter season working in the Swiss Alps!

We are a small specialist ski company operating chalet holidays in the top resort of Verbier and we are looking for enthusiastic people to join a friendly & dedicated team.

Your duties will include cooking for up to 16 guests: full cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and four course evening meal.

You will be required to shop & budget on a weekly basis and have full responsibility for kitchen hygiene and stock control.

We provide competitive salaries, travel to resort, accommodation, food, medical insurance, uniform, season lift pass, ski hire & end of season bonus.

Staff work 6 days a week although you will have free time to go skiing. We have a high staff to guest ratio.

Requirements
Applicants must hold a recognised cooking qualification or have relevant experience and also have knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures, clear communication skills, commitment to high standards of customer care, time management skills, ability to plan, organise, co-ordinate and control work under pressure.

You must be able to socialise with guests & discuss menus.
