Description
Supertravel are looking for a friendly and dynamic person who has superb organisational and motivational skills to take on the challenge of running a resort!

You will need to be adaptable, proactive, and not afraid of hard work, but in return you will gain plenty of job satisfaction, and lots of time on the slopes as well as a ready made social life!

Ideally you will have previously worked abroad for a couple of seasons and be looking for the next step into management. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven staff management experience. You will be highly organised, have a great attention to detail and have a flexible and proactive approach to work. You should be a good team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative. You will be an advanced skier/snowboarder with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You should also be in possession of a full clean driving licence.

Ideally, you will also speak German/French and have experience in budgeting and accounting.

This role begins mid August (based in the UK) where you will be involved in the recruiting and training of the chalet staff until the end of the 2008-2009 winter season.
