Our Holiday Consultants answer incoming telephone calls, reply to customer queries and input data onto our computerised booking system.
The job would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy customer facing, office environment.
This is a temporary, full-time role working from either 8.30am to 5pm or 9.30am to 6pm with an hour for lunch. Evening and weekend work will be required for sales and travel cover duties. There may also be a need to visit a number of our centres as part of training. |

We’re seeking applicants who are bright, engaging, with a sales bias and an interest in working in a fun, hard working team and dealing directly with parents and centres.
Experience in a customer facing role is essential along with confidence with using computers and administrative systems.
