Working in a vibrant, open plan office, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of PGL.
Our Adventure UK department generates revenue in excess of £26 million and as a Reservations Advisor you will be liaising with teachers, youth group leaders and uniformed groups (such as cubs, scouts, guides, and brownies) to facilitate their bookings.
Most of the contact you'll make will be over the phone which can often be challenging, given the busy schedules teachers have to work to.
Hours of work will be either 8.30am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. However, we are flexible employers and will be willing to discuss the possibility of term time / school hours only contracts.
After 12 months service you will be enlisted on to the company's Profit Share Scheme which is an annual bonus paid as a percentage of your annual salary, depending on the performance on the company. |

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment will be a definite advantage as will previous experience of telephone work in a busy, open plan environment.
