Looking for a first step into management?
As an Assistant Chief Instructor you will assisting the chief instructor with the day to day running of the Activity Department and the development and management of a team of activity staff.
In addition, you’ll be expected to instruct sessions whenever necessary, using these to cement best practice and train your team. As a line manager you’ll be keen to inspire, motivate and develop your team. |

This role includes line management of staff, therefore excellent communication, motivation and leadership skills are essential. Other skills needed are enthusiasm, punctuality, a willingness to learn and lots of energy!
