As Senior Group Leader you will be responsible for the day to day running of the guest care team in addition to performing Group Leading duties whenever necessary.
A key part of your role is overseeing and training others in the delivery of a dynamic evening entertainments programme.
You will also act as a key point of senior contact for our groups immediately prior to and throughout their stay. |

Applicants must have great customer service skills and a strong focus on guest welfare.
This role may include line management of other staff, therefore excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
