Description
We are looking for someone to work within our School Tours department who is highly organised with a good command of French and excellent customer service skills.

The School Tours department run an extensive programme of educational trips for schools and groups to many destinations in Europe and the UK. As a Tour Organiser, you will assist with the organisation and co-ordination of our Continental group bookings.

Based in our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire you could join this small, well established team who are responsible for booking hundreds of exciting educational tours for schools and groups each year.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm. An incentive scheme is also in operation for which you would be eligible after three months in the post.

Requirements
Full training will be given but the successful candidate will be confident, with a mature outlook and a pleasant and effective telephone manner, with the ability to organise and administer their own work. All applicants should be computer literate with some Word/Excel experience. Some experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage.

A reasonable command of French and the confidence to use it frequently on the telephone is an important prerequisite for this role.
