Description

As a Yacht Instructor you will work closely with guests providing advice, assistance and instruction on the Sunsail Day yachts to ensure everyone gets the most out of their holiday, whatever thier level of sailing experience.
During the course of the week, you will run 3 day Flotilla training courses, provide technicial and local area briefings, sell and skipper one day charters, organise yacht races and carry out beach duties - including rigging, de-rigging, launch and recovery of beach equipment and provide safety boat cover. You will also be expected to clean and maintain your fleet of yachts.
As a member of the team, you will assist in welcoming guests, take part in activities and events e.g. quiz night, prize giving and join guests for dinner in the evening.
Requirements
To apply for this role, you are required to hold at least an RYA Coastal Skipper qualification. You also need to be confident, hardworking, sociable, a team player and have strong customer service skills.
