In Chamonix we need great people with very strong organisational skills. The areas you’ll be looking after are crucial to the successful delivery of our product overseas, and you’ll be in constant contact with the resort based teams who rely on a superb back office team to support them in making sure all our guests get a great service and have a great holiday.
A more senior position tasked with monitoring the overseas vehicle fleet and providing detailed information and support to vehicle users and budget holders. The objective of this role is to ensure budget compliance in this area and reduce maintenance and hand back costs through close management and control.
Areas of responsibility may include staff training on winter/defensive driving and regular vehicle checks to ensure their safety and the correct use of the vehicles to minimise damage, monitoring vehicle billing to ensure accuracy and to provide the accounts department with the correct information, monitoring fuel and toll spend to ensure budgetary compliance and provide accurate information to budget holders for improved cost management.
You can expect your working week to be 5.5/6 days on a split shift basis so you’ll have time to enjoy the fantastic skiing in the Chamonix region. A lift pass is provided as part of the package, as well as equipment hire and accommodation.
Requirements
A reasonable knowledge of French would be useful in this role, as well as a sold base of vehicle maintenance experience.
Our opportunities in the overseas admin team are much sought after, and we will take only the very best candidates on board. As well as completing the online application and passing an initial screening process, you'll also need to be available to come to the Crystal Head Office in Kingston, London on either Friday 8th or Saturday 9th August for an assessment day.
