Description
We seek a Premises Officer to work at Aberglaslyn Outdoor Activity Centre in North Wales.
You will take responsibility for the supervision of the site, maintenance and security of the buildings/premises.
You will supervise cleaning staff, undertake maintenance, repairs and cleaning of the buildings and grounds.
You will be a key holder, open and close grounds and buildings and ensure the Health and Safety Policy is complied with at all times.
Requirements
Literate and numerate and experienced in plumbing, electrics and decoration, knowledge of health and safety and good security practices required.
