You will need to be local to Bushy(Watford), Croyden or Bromsgrove You may have the opportunity to go and work at one of our other centres in the UK, where you will be provided with accommodation and meals.
Working with like-minded people in an energetic and lively team you will ensure the groups have an unforgettable time with AQ! Reporting to the Centre Management, an AQ Instructor will lead and deliver Team base Activities designed for improving team performance over a variety of activities.
When fully trained the multi-skilled activity instructor will be able to understand the strengths, limitations & personalities of each participant, which in turn will help them to build trust enabling them to get the most out of them.
They will ensure the safety, welfare of our customers and the efficient delivery of the Travel Class product to all customers. Using high levels of enthusiasm and skills learnt on the comprehensive training course, our instructors will provide groups with an unforgettable stay that exceeds their expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
· Providing excellent customer service to customers throughout the day also the sale of Travel Class Merchandise, to all customers, whilst on site.
· Assisting in arrival and departure of all customers.
· The ability to deliver all roped based activity session in accordance of Site safety procedures.
· Ensuring high equipment standards are maintained throughout the season, faulty equipment is escalated immediately.
· Deliver any activity session in accordance with the Activity Standards & Procedures Manual (ASAPs), Generic Risk Assessments and Site Risk Assessments.
· Actively promote the company’s Equal Opportunity Policy and Health & Safety Policy ensuring it is being followed in all aspects of Travel Class operations.
· Compliance with the company’s child protection policy at all times.
· Adhering to strict uniform and grooming standards throughout the season.
· Carry out work set by the apprenticeship team.
· Maintaining a safe and a high standard of delivery on all activity sessions.

Requirements
· No specific qualifications are required for this role.
· Satisfactory receipt of two references, ‘Subject Access Disclosure’ and ‘Enhanced CRB Disclosure’
· Enjoys working with children and adults.
· A passion for customer service.
· The ability to work within a team.
