Description
Are you a team player as well as a team leader? We are looking for candidates who can train, motivate and build a fantastic team this winter. Part of the First Choice Group, SkiBound is a tour operator specialising in school and adult group travel. We operate seven SkiBound ClubHotels in various resorts across the French Alps. The role of Assistant Manager involves assisting the Hotel Manager in the overall responsibility for one of our properties ensuring that the day to day operation runs efficiently.
You will have daily contact and public relations with guests; a big part of the role will involve managing the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar service within the hotel so experience in this area is essential.
Requirements
You must have:
· British/European passport
· UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
· Responsible outlook
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Atleast 2 years bar & restaurant experience of which one year must have been at a Supervisory level
· Conversational/Fluent French
· Confident and personable
· Excellent time management skills
Experience working in a ski resort would be an advantage.
