Description
Work a winter season in the Swiss Alps!
Your experience in restaurant management will ensure the smooth organised running of the restaurant and bar at the Mountain Lodge Luxury Ski Hotel, ensuring that our guests receive the highest standards of service.
Your small team will be motivated by your enthusiasm. You will be responsible for restaurant and bar staff management & training, and be part of the management team working closely with the head chef and hotel manager.
You will work with the hotel manager to organise table planning and will have excellent communication skills and a real focus oncustomer service.
You will have a detailed knowledge of our wine list, and be able to motivate your staff throughout the season to sell wines at lunch time and evening service and find ways of motivating the bar staff to increase revenue from the bar.

- Previous experience of selling and promoting wines
