Description
As the Centre Manager you will ensure that your camp runs smoothly in line with Horizon Operating procedures.

Your leadership and organizational skills will be paramount in leading a senior team, instructors, group leaders and trainees to the highest level to achieve set targets.

You shall oversee all areas of the camp to include, activities, guest welfare, shops and food and accommodation/meals.

Holding considerable management experience in a summer camp or related field you will manage, motivate and coach a team of approx 12-20 staff and up to 150 guests ranging from 8-17 yrs old. You will play a major role in the pre summer camp staff training.

Requirements
You will hold considerable management experience in a summer camp or related industry. You will also need to be a natural leader and people’s person, passionate in what you do with a can do attitude and a hands on approach.

You will carry bags of enthusiasm and be a positive proactive thinker.
