Chalet Chef

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small team in the largest ski area in Europe for 2011/12.

We require Chefs to run Chalet Aventure in Les Gets. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the chalet, but your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent food for our guests that exceeds their expectations. You must ensure that our high standards, procedures and company image are maintained at all times.

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of catering for the guests in our chalets. You will be preparing and serving a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and a delicious three course evening meal. This will be for five days a week for up to 20 people.

Requirements

Applicants should ideally hold a relevant cooking qualification and demonstrate significant experience in professional kitchens obtained from established restaurants.

You will need to be creative, hardworking, highly organised, adaptable and have lots of stamina.
