Work in Morzine this winter!

As a valued member of the Mountain Mavericks family in Morzine, you can be sure of a fantastic winter season from start to finish.  We are a small team working closely together to provide the best chalet experience for our many returning guests and welcoming the new.

Working alongside us and the rest of the team as the chef in our Signature Chalet - Chalet Chambertin,  you have to be as passionate about food as our guests are! 

You will be responsible for sourcing, producing and presenting to the highest standard, innovative, eye catching and ‘I would like to take that recipe home’, delicious food - whilst maintaining and being as creative with the budgets!

Duties include: 

• Preparing and cooking high quality meals, which include designing and planning an exciting and imaginative menu. This includes breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal.
• Adapting the menu to suit client requirements 
• Budget all meals and control stock levels
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment including all store areas
• Working as a team throughout especially during changeover day, helping with the hosts as required and ensure that the arriving and departing guests are equally catered for.

Requirements

Applicants should have a recognised catering qualification and experience of working in the hospitality industry.
