Description

Spend the winter in the French Alps as a Chalet Chef with SnowCrazy!

As Chalet Chef, you are primarily responsible for, but not limited to, the catering and dining aspect of the chalet. You will show an excellent ability to provide a high standard of customer service from the moment you welcome people to the chalet.

It will be your responsibility to conduct the weekly shop and to budget accordingly. You will work alongside the Chalet Host with daily housekeeping and transfer day chalet cleans although the kitchen is solely your responsibility as it is your kitchen, so this must be kept immaculate at all times.

Requirements

Chef trained (NVQ, in-house training etc) or SnowCrazy Cookery Course or other reputable Cookery Course.
Customer service experience.
Working within a set budget.
Basic French a bonus.
UK National Insurance Number.
UK Bank Account.
Full Driving Licence.
Good health and fitness.
UK resident for minimum 12 months
