Would you like to spend the winter working and skiing in the French Alps?

This is an ideal role for someone who is friendly and outgoing, with excellent organisation and communication skills?

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth running of your chalet and keeping within the set budgets. You will provide excellent quality meals and present your chalet to a high standard for between 8 and 12 guests.

Duties include menu planning, stock, budget and hygiene control. You may be responsible for other staff in the chalet and will report to the Chalet Manager.

You will have one day off per week, plus most afternoons once morning duties are over.

Requirements
Applicants must hold catering qualifications and/or have extensive experience of providing cuisine to a high standard.

All chalet staff must hold a valid food hygiene certificate.
