Description
Spend New Year in the Swiss Alps this winter!
Mountain Exposure seeks qualified temporary chefs to provide high quality cuisine in our 5* luxury chalets over the New Year period, from December 26th to January 2nd.
Working within a budget, you will be responsible for food ordering, menu design and planning, and providing full breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and four course evening meal with canapes. You will also need to prepare children's early dinner when appropriate.
You will be reporting to our Michelin starred executive chef; we take great care to provide only the finest cuisine to our guests.
You will have had at least 5 years of relevant restaurant/catering experience.

Requirements
Candidates should hold a recognised catering qualification or have experience in the hospitality industry.
