Description
Outdoor instructors required for an immediate start.
We are looking for keen outdoor professionals to come and join our successful team on top of the Ashdown Forest in 300 acres of beautiful woodland.
The Centre is a well-established provider of top quality Outdoor Education and operates year round with a wide variety of different groups including youth clubs, primary schools, secondary schools and young people with Special Needs.
Applicants should have an understanding of the value of Outdoor Education, be able to demonstrate practical capability, communicate well with young people and be good team workers.
Board and single accommodation is provided free of charge. Internet connection is free in all staff rooms. We provide generous annual leave entitlement and excellent opportunities for further professional development though work sponsored staff training expeditions and financial commitment to staff development.
Requirements
Applicants must have at least one of the following qualifications:
SPA, BCU/UKCC level 1, LCMLA level 1, BEL/ WGL/ ML, RPIOL, NPLQ, PCV D1, GNAS.
Previous centre experience and a current first aid qualification are essential. A CRB disclosure will also be required.
