Job Description
You'll be managing, organising, training and developing the Chalet Team to provide our customers with a high quality weekly menu in a clean, hygienic environment in which they feel relaxed and can enjoy their holiday. You'll need to meet / exceed customer satisfaction, sales and operational budget targets. You'll need to be a socialable team player driven to instill high standards and outstanding service. Strong organisational skills are a must as you will be responsible for all chalet operations in your resort. Larger resort teams will have Chalet Supervisors to provide hands on support and in-chalet supervision.
