Description

We are currently seeking Summer Camp Directors for our centres in Wesport, Kildare and Limerick in Ireland.

If you have a passion for high standard combined with excellent communication skills and good management this could be the
perfect role for you! This role requires focused, target driven people with good IT skills who are prepared to travel and work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include Staff management in accordance with company policies, Preparing and conducting pre-camp and in-service staff training. You will Establish and supervise administration and office procedures, supervise routines, timetables and allocate accommodation to staff and campers.

You will organize and approve excursion trips for campers, and above all encourage a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

The successful candidate:

• Has worked in a supervisory capacity within the education or leisure sectors
• Will be IT literate
• Has excellent communication skills
• Will be organisationed and has strong administration skill
• Has the ability to meet a range of targets and deadlines
• Has Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Has the ability to work in a team and independently
• Is self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Is always friendly and approachable
• Is always presentable and professional
• Has the ability to work flexible hours and locations within Ireland
• Holds an assessor qualification appropriate for City & Guilds Assessments
