We're looking for competent, good conversational level French-speakers for this diverse role.
Your main duty is to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. You'll act as the liaison between your group's teaching staff and the centre staff.
Primarily, you'll be responsible for accompanying guests on excursions, ensuring itineraries run to plan, assisting coach drivers with route finding, serving evening meals and delivering a programme of evening activities for your group.
You'll mix your time between leading excursions and working in hospitality roles at the Château, including the general hygiene and upkeep of accommodation and facilities to ensure accommodation is ready for guests when they arrive.
The centre operates an extensive World War I study tours programme, giving you the opportunity to increase your historical knowledge of this interesting area.
Applicants need to have a UK address, UK National Insurance number and be able to depart from a UK departure point.
Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure, which PGL will pay for.
You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this position.
