Description

Work in a luxury Swiss chalet this winter!
 
Reporting to the Chalet Manager, you will help towards the day to day management of the chalet and in particular supervising housekeeping and ensuring that the guests’ needs are met at all times and that high standards are maintained. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a team of 2 chalet hosts.
 
Your main roles will be:

  • Housekeeping (laundry, cleanliness and presentation throughout the chalet)
  • Development and training of the chalet hosts
  • General hygiene, health and safety standards
  • Assisting with meal service
  • Covering the Chalet Manager's day off

Requirements

This role would suit individuals with the following skill set:

  • Previous 4/5 star hospitality or silver service experience and/or previous chalet experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Excellent organisation/time management and interpersonal skills
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Conversational French, German or Italian would be an advantage
