You’ll make sure that the hotel you’re running is a welcoming, fun and spotlessly clean place that guests will want to return to again and again.

From training and managing your team to negotiating the best deals with suppliers, dealing with local authorities and being on hand to help with guests’ needs, it’s a hectic role. (Especially when you consider you’ll have to cram in H&S checks, accounts and paperwork, too.) But it’s also immensely rewarding to work in this beautiful environment, with some of the most talented people in the industry.

We're looking for candidates with plenty of experience in the hotel or tour operating business, as well as strong management skills. (Of course, you also have the strong levels of computer literacy and numeracy needed for the role.) Above all, you’ll need to be determined to succeed and just keep raising standards.

  • Previous Hotel management experience
Desirable
  • Second language in either French, German or Italian
  • Previous experience of working in a ski resort
