The Foxlease Activity centre that was formerly operated by Girlguiding UK has been put up for sale by Savills state agents. The centre is located in Clay Hill near Lyndhurst within the New Forest in Hampshire. When the centre was operated by Girlguiding Activity Centres it offered residential accommodation for 169 guests in 5 separate buildings. Additional capacity was also offered on 14 campsites ;laid out throughout the 65 acre estate.

On site activities that were offered included Abseiling, Archery, Bouldering, Bushcraft, Canoeing, Climbing, Nightline, Raft Building, Ropes Course, Tunnelling and a Zip Wire.

Savills are saying that the land can be purchased as a whole or in two lots. Lot one has a guide price of £2.5m and includes the Grade II listed 23-bedroomed Princess Mary House, which is set within 65 acres of landscaped gardens. Lot two, up for £1.5m, consists of three residential properties.
