The lease of former watersports centre known as Southend Marine Activities Centre has been put on the markets by Southend Council.

Located on the seafront in this famous Essex resort, the centre has been inactive since it closed in 2016. The centre used to be used for Sailing, Windsurfing, Canoeing, Jet Skiing and Power Boating.

The premises comprise a single storey property which comprises of an open reception area, former changing rooms and classrooms, store rooms and offices along with W.Cs and kitchenette.
