White Storm's management has over 20 years experience in ski rental and prides itself on strong customer service.

We promise the following to our clients:

• To provide quality serviced equipment.
• Fit and adjust boots correctly and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
• Provide helmets for all children and adults.
• Offer a mobile delivery service when pre booked every week of the season.
• Provide a customer pick up service between accommodation and the shops.
• Advise on the best skis for the conditions.

We run a ski shuttle service for our clients where we pick them up from their accommodation in one of our 4x4's and drop them back again after they have been fitted at the shop, or if they prefer we will drop them straight off at the slopes.

We also have a mobile service where our fitting team visit clients at their accommodation, taking with them a selection of ski boots for the clients to try. The team then collate a personalised equipment order for the client which we then prepare and deliver to them in the quickest possible time.
