You will be supporting the Beach Manager in leading the team to create a fun, professional and safe environment in which to deliver our beach and watersports activities to guests of all ages.

You’ll assist in the development and coordination of the watersports programme in all weather conditions while following the RYA syllabus/Neilson programme. You’ll be a role model for the team to create a professional, safe and fun environment in which to deliver the full range of water-based activities available to our guests.

• Valid UK/EU work permit: Required
• Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Windsurf and/or Dinghy Instructor qualifications or equivalent
• Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Senior Instructor qualification or equivalent
• First Aid certificate valid for the duration of the contract.
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
• Experience running a beach operation and managing a team.
• Previous responsibility for safety standards.
• Previous customer service experience.
