Description

We are looking for a Chief Instructor to lead, motivate and develop a team of high quality instructors and trainees, ensuring industry best-practice and excellence in activity training and delivery. As a key member of the centre instructor leadership team, you will be able to clearly communicate our Christian ethos, objectives, mission and vision to staff and guests.

You will need to have experience of working in the natural environment, running activity days away from the centre base.  Essential qualifications for the role include: ML (S), RCI or CWI, L1 Cave Leader and 4*WW/Kayak. In addition you must have experience of leading and motivating a staff team and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position.
