We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the iconic Up at The O2! You will be confident speaking in front of groups of people, and be comfortable working at height and outdoors!
Whether an entry-level outdoor enthusiast, or a seasoned outdoor professional, we will provide you will all the training you need to succeed in the role.
You'll have a friendly and confident manner, and strive to provide the best customer service. We need people with a can-do attitude who are available and willing to help the team over the fast approaching peak summer period (weekends and school holiday periods). There is a training course which must be attended to be considered.

Job Title: Climb Guide
Reports to: Operations Manager / Deputy Manager
Location: Up at the O2, North Greenwich
Hour of work: Part-time / Casual - predominately weekend and school holiday work with the option of Fixed Term summer contracts for right candidate(s).
Rate of Pay: £12.36/hour + Holiday Pay
Principle Responsibilities & Duties:
· To run guided tours with customers over the roof at Up at the O2.
· To provide a warm, courteous welcome to all Roof Walk customers.
· To ensure disclaimers & waivers have been signed.
· To deal with extraordinary client requests in a helpful manner.
· To provide assistance to the Duty/Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
Customer Service & Personal Attributes
· Excellent customer service skills with proven customer service experience
· A good communicator who remains calm under pressure
· An enthusiastic and positive attitude
· Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team.
· Energetic, flexible attitude to work.
Expertise
· An excellent awareness of Health and Safety and the ability to follow procedures.
· To be knowledgeable in PPE requirements and its use.
· To be proficient in all aspects of the Rescue process and be able to assist when required.
Training / Selection Process: We will provide all the training that you require to kickstart or boost your outdoor career. The training is unique to Up at the O2 and is suitable for any level of outdoor experience – right from qualified seasoned professionals to entry level outdoor enthusiasts.

A challenging guided climb experience over the roof of The O2 Arena
on a tensile walkway.
ArcelorMittal Orbit Abseil
The most spectacular (and scary!) abseil in the UK, we operate from
the iconic ArcelorMittal Orbit tower in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic
Park, Stratford. The abseil is 80 metres high and is a free
fall abseil, meaning that once you have left the abseil platform,
you will be in free space until you reach the ground!
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Skywalk
A brand new adventurous roof walk attraction at the new
Tottenham Hotspur stadium in North London.
BAi360
The exciting British Airways i360 is a 131 metre Controlled Rate
Descent. Based right on the coast in Brighton.
Wire & Sky also runs rooftop events including zip lines,
concerts, TV programmes & stunts.
