As a driver / ski rep your main responsibilities are twofold. The first will be to transfer our guests to and from Geneva airport  - therefore a flexible, professional and highly reliable approach is essential. You are the first and last point of contact with the customer and first impressions count! You will also be expected to maintain your minibus to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

A full and clean driving license is required. Previous experience of driving a minibus or larger vehicles is necessary and experience of driving in winter conditions would be useful. Due to insurance cover drivers must have held a driving license for 3 years, and would ideally be over the age of 25, depending on experience.

The other aspect of this role is to rep our guests. Ski reps are  the outdoor ambassadors of the brand so you must be able to relate well to people, share your love of the mountains and project a professional and knowledgeable service. The responsibility of the role is about ensuring the guests get the most from their time on the mountain. You must be an enthusiastic and competent skier or snowboarder and show good evidence of leading and managing teams and groups.

The job also involves responsibility for managing and accompanying our guests on our evening entertainments programme and taking on a number of bar shifts in our main lodge's bar..

The Driver /Ski Rep job will include, but is not limited to:
  • Driving guests to/from the airport on changeover days 
  • Driving guests within resort
  • One day of other transfer driving when needed
  • Early and late bar shifts on rota a couple of times a week (Aravis Lodge only)
  • Ski fitting help on changeover days (Aravis Lodge only)
  • Odd jobs when not driving on changeover days
  • Snow shovelling and minibus clearing on snowy mornings.
