What we’re looking for…
We are ideally looking for people with experience of working with young people between 5-17 yrs old and adults alike. As the Village Manager your main responsibility is to ensure that our guests have a smooth and successful trip or holiday whilst on centre, outside of activity sessions. You will be the main point of contact for children, teachers, group leaders and families and so will need a certain level of diplomacy and understanding of different customer’s needs, along with being able to liaise with the senior staff team regarding your group's requirements.
