Pioneer TEC have submitted a planning application to erect a brand new, state-of-the-art Training & Education to Employment Centre on the banks of the River Ribble in Preston.

A planning application for the Pioneer Building was lodged with Preston City Council in late 2020, with hopes of completing the complex by mid-2022. The plans will include a zero-carbon water sports park, complete with a dry ski slope, surfing, water skiing, mountain biking and motor sports.
