Torridon Outdoors are seeking a seasonal activity instructor for 2021 (end of March to October). We are looking for a hard-working, professional, and self-driven individual with a passion for providing quality outdoor and adventurous experiences.

Based in the Northwest Highlands, on the shores of Upper Loch Torridon, we are ideally placed for sea kayaking, mountain walking, mountain biking and rock climbing. We currently offer all these activities as well as gorge scrambling, coasteering, archery and clay pigeon shooting. As well as having amazing access for activities with our guests, we are also perfectly situated for personal days out and it is an ideal place for personal and professional development.

Due to the nature and demands of the role applicants need a MINIMUM of summer ML, paddlesport leader (BCU L1 Coach), and a 2 day outdoor first aid course. In addition to these, applicants should have experience delivering archery sessions, kayak and canoe sessions and have a full UK drivers license. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years activity instruction experience.

In addition to the above qualifications, ideally applicants will hold assessment or training in the following: RCI, BCU L2 (+sea kayak leader awards), British Cycling L2, GNAS. Experience delivering gorge scrambling, coasteering and clay pigeon shooting is also desirable.
