    £17,698 - £20,096 per annum Pro Rata (£9.17-£10.42 per hour) plus discretionary annual bonus




Description

We are looking for Outdoor Instructors who are competent in the delivery of a wide range of activities which will include team building, climbing, high ropes, canoeing, mountain biking, archery, caving and other activities.

Annualised hours contract based on 30 hours per week average. Actual daily hours by arrangement - will include regular evening and weekend working

Limited On-Site accommodation available if required (£150 PCM deducted from salary).

Requirements

Applicants for this post will need to demonstrate a love for the outdoors and must enjoy working with children and young people. Ideally, you will already hold some NGB Awards in adventurous activities and have some previous experience of working with groups. However, we are very keen to attract the very best people to our team and will be offering a 4-week intensive training course in February 2021 to those applicants who clearly show that they have a positive attitude, a commitment to supporting young people and an enthusiasm for nature and being outdoors.
